Base fee:
  • Early bird registration through March 18, 2020 for members. Must be paid by March 18, 2020 or price will increase to regular price. Registration includes Legacy Lecture, Plenary sessions, committee meetings, technical sessions, Continental breakfasts (Tues + Wed), breaks, lunches (Tues + Wed), receptions, workshops, and closing Wrap Party. It does NOT include the Field Tours.

    Guest registrations must accompany a full registration and includes only exhibit hall activities and closing Wrap Party.
  • Registration after March 18, 2020. Registration includes Legacy Lecture, Plenary sessions, committee meetings, technical sessions, Continental breakfasts (Tues + Wed), breaks, lunches (Tues + Wed), receptions, workshops, and closing Wrap Party. It does NOT include the Field Tours.

  • Registration for Young Professionals, 35 years and under. Must be paid prior to conference
    Registration includes Legacy Lecture, Plenary sessions, committee meetings, technical sessions, Continental breakfasts (Tues + Wed), breaks, lunches (Tues + Wed), receptions, workshops, and closing Wrap Party. It does NOT include the Field Tours. Guest registrations must be accompanied by full conference registration and only includes Exhibit Hall activities and Wrap Party.
  • Registration available to students actively enrolled full time in a college or university. Registration includes Legacy Lecture, Plenary sessions, committee meetings, technical sessions, Continental breakfasts (Tues + Wed), breaks, lunches (Tues + Wed), receptions, workshops, and closing Wrap Party. Registration does NOT include closing Wrap Party or Field Tours.
  • Registration allows students who are enrolled full-time in a college or university to attend one day of the Conference. This includes access to that day's technical sessions, exhibit hall activities, Continental breakfast (Tues or Wed), breaks, lunch (Tues or Wed) and reception (Mon or Tues). Does not include wrap party, workshops, or field tours. Choose Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday below. Must show valid student ID at check-in.
  • One-day full registration. Monday includes Legacy Lecture and committee meetings. Tuesday or Wednesday includes Continental breakfast, Plenary session, technical sessions, lunch, and day specific reception. One-day registration does not include workshops, field tours or Wednesday's conference Wrap Party.
    Must be paid prior to attendance.

  • Registration for those who are NOT attending the conference, but only one of the half-day workshops. This registration includes the workshop, breaks and lunch.
  • Registration for those NOT attending the conference, but only an all-day workshop on 4/23/2020. This registration includes the workshop breaks and lunch.
  • Guests of persons that have paid the full conference rate. Guest registration includes Continental breakfasts and lunches (Tues + Wed), receptions (Mon + Tues), and Wednesday's Wrap party. It does NOT include access to technical sessions, workshops, and field tours. Registration must be paid prior to the conference.

To receive the Early Bird pricing, registrations MUST be paid in full by March 6, 2020. Any Early Bird registrations NOT paid by March 6, 2020 WILL CONVERT to full price.

LEGACY LECTURE SERIES

Join us Monday 8:30 am to noon. James Lindell will speak on the "Legacy of LeRoy Francis Harza – “Dean of American Hydroelectric Engineers.” And, Kenneth Hansen will be sharing his knowledge and wisdom on the advancement of the engineering practice for concrete dams.

TECHNICAL COMMITTEE MEETINGS

Interested in our technical committees? After the Legacy Lecture attend any committee meeting of interest Monday or Tuesday afternoon. Technical committee meetings are open to all conference attendees and are a great way to see what USSD member involvement looks like. Come meet committee chairs and members.

Your choice of six workshops developed by the USSD Technical Committees are scheduled for Thursday, April 23rd and are included with your full conference registration.

FIELD TOURS

On Friday, April 24, the Bureau of Reclamation’s Engineering and Laboratory Services Division will provide a tour of their testing facility and ongoing projects as part of the 2020 USSD Annual Conference and Exhibition. The Bureau of Reclamation’s research facility occupies 3-1/2 acres of the Denver Federal Center just west of downtown Denver and is home to a premier government laboratory specializing in hydraulics, concrete, rock mechanics, plastics, coatings, and other materials.  Morning and afternoon tours offered.  Additional cost of $40 payable when you register. 5K FUNds RUN/Walk

Bushy-tailed or bleary-eyed, join us for an invigorating start to the day at our 6th annual  5K FUNds Run/Walk to support the USSD Scholarship Fund. The event begins at 6:30 am Wednesday morning at City Park. Buses will leave the Hyatt at 6am to transport runners to the race location. Rather cheer from the sidelines? Sign up to be a virtual runner so you can hit the snooze button one more time. Register here to run, walk or participate virtually.

Become a Partner in Education! Contribute a minimum of $350 to the USSD Scholarship Fund and your logo/name will be displayed as a Partner in Education on the 5k poster. You'll also receive one free race registration.

CONFERENCE WRAP PARTY

You won't want to miss the Wrap Party at the History Colorado Center in downtown Denver. Learn about Colorado's beer history, connection to the Apollo 11 Lunar Mission, life at Mesa Verde 800 years ago, the 1930s Dust Bowl on the southeastern plains, and today’s Rocky Mountains. Due to COVID-19, the Conference in April is canceled. All registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date when that date is announced. If the new date does not work for your schedule, USSD will refund your registration in full. For those that wish to cancel before a new date is announced, please email Info@USSDams.org in order to receive full refund. We appreciate your patience as we try to pivot this event.
